Mission Mysteria designs immersive trails that turn downtowns, territories and local memory into adventures to live outdoors, for municipalities, regional county municipalities (MRCs), chambers of commerce and non-profit organizations, and operates the online game used to play them.
The information published on the site is provided for information purposes and does not constitute a firm quote.
A proposal, a timeline, a price or a recommendation must be confirmed in writing after a review of the project, the deliverables, the usage rights and the actual scope of the request.
You agree to use this site in a legitimate, respectful and safe manner. It is prohibited to attempt to interrupt the service, to circumvent technical safeguards, to transmit malicious content or to submit false information.
We may restrict access to certain features if abusive, automated or fraudulent use is detected.
To play, you create an account with your email address, a password and an agent name, which other players can see. The account is personal: you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password confidential. You can edit your profile and end your sessions at any time from your account.
Missions are played outdoors, in public spaces. Before creating your account, and at the start of every mission, you accept safety terms that form part of these terms; their exact wording is the one shown when you accept them. In them you confirm, among other things, that you take part voluntarily, at your own pace and at your own risk, that you follow the Highway Safety Code, signage and the places you visit, and that you stay alert to traffic and your surroundings.
A person under 18 may create an account or play a mission only with the agreement of a parent or guardian, who accepts the safety terms on their behalf.
A private event is reserved for the people invited to it: its invitation link is meant for them and must not be shared publicly.
The text, images, logos, brand elements, layouts and visual content appearing on this site belong to Mission Mysteria, to its suppliers or to their respective rights holders, unless otherwise indicated.
Any reproduction, modification, redistribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
The site may contain links to external sites, such as Mystya's, credited at the bottom of the site, or to a map service showing a mission's starting point.
We do not control the privacy practices, security or content of these platforms. Their use is governed by their own terms.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all content will be free of errors, omissions or interruptions.
Mission Mysteria cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from the inability to access it, to the extent permitted by law.
We may modify these terms to reflect developments in our services, our tools, our suppliers or legal requirements. The update date indicates the most recent version.
